• I wrote about it a few months ago how Aaron Boone is not the guy to lead the Yankees anymore, but my god has the time come.

For a $300M roster with championship aspirations to look this feeble and embarrassing day in and day out is just comical. But “it’s right in front of us” this absolute clown of a manger will spit in our faces postgame. The only thing right in front of us is a $300M little league team. Absolute clown show.

It’s always something whether it be base running blunders, balls getting kicked around, or balls rolling under gloves to the wall, the New York Stankees will always find a way to shit down their throats.

It has become down right comical that this guy is still employed as the Manager of the Yankees. More comical that they just extended him this past offseason for multiple years. If this guy isn’t getting fired after getting swept by the poverty (but hot af) Miami Marlins (for the first time in franchise history), then I’m just going to believe he has some sort of blackmail over Brian Cashman (who also should get sent to the sun and never be seen again). Aaron Boone is simply not respected as a manager, and only wants to build relationship and become friends with everyone. Why win a championship when you can make friends, right Aaron? What a fucking loser this guy is.

Former Yankees owner George Steinbrenner (May he RIP) is looking down in deep pain seeing this putrid team his disgrace of a Son has turned this team into. This guy would run cones out there if the checks were still cashing, and he is clearly out of touch to still let Cashman and Boone lead this team down the shitter. Enough said, this team blows and the organization is a complete joke. Watch this team for a day, and you will laugh. Watch them for a week, and you will laugh more. They are a complete clown show, but it’s right there in front of them.

  • Not the Yankees offense. 29 straight innings with no runs! Can’t even make that up. 3 straight games with a few extra innings in which they got a guy starting on 2nd base! I wish I could start on 2nd base! Ayo.

Anyways, this offense has been non existent and there are no signs of things to change due to horrendous approaches in each at bat. Luckily, that is an overreaction and they should start scoring runs soon enough based on science. Regardless, here are 5 players I would like the Yankees to possible target at or before the deadline (hopefully sooner rather than later for my sanity alone):

5 -Eugenio Suarez, 3rd base – DBacks. I’m not huge on him, because he is pretty much what the Yankees are. Power and no average. But he brings a lot of homers, and you can plug Jazz back at 2nd and send DJ Lemahiue to the sun. So that alone, brings a lot of interest.

    Eugenio, Suarez

4- Gregory Soto, LHP – Baltimore O’s. No denying it, the O’s blow. There season is over unless the world gets nuked prior. Soto, has been one of a few bright spots for the Orioles, even though he has a 0-2 record. 1.19 whip, and the guy throws high 90s gas from the left side. What’s not to love?

Gregory Soto (Possibly after smoking a fat one)

3- Gavin Lux, LF – Cincy Reds. Reds also not having a great year, so I would image they would be open for business. Lux has a .370 on base percentage, but I would only acquire him to put him back at 2nd base or make him a super utility role type player. In. A perfect world he is a 2nd basemen even if he Defense isn’t great. He gets on base, something their current 2nd basemen doesn’t.

    Gavin Lux

2- Mason Miller, RHP – Oakland, oh sorry Sacramento…. Oakland A’s. This team is a clown show ever since going to Sacramento, and playing in a minor league park which they will do for a few more years to come. Not even sure if they are fully locked into a stadium in Vegas but that is a story for another day on how poverty they are. Yankees need a flame thrower, and mine as well whip their nuts out and get one of the best ones. Oakland is going nowhere. I don’t get paid even to tell you what the return will be so I will let the nerd Cashman figure it out. Bring him home. What a bullpen to close games out. Williams, Weaver, Miller. Plus, Williams probably gone as a free agent after year anyways guy has small nuts not made for NYC.

    Mason Miller

1- My number one and a total long shot, as the Cardinals are playing good ball, is Brendan Donovan, 2nd base. Guy rakes, batting .323 on the year and plays elite defense. Both things, DJ Lemahiue can only dream about doing. DJLM actually gives me nightmares watching him play. I would rather have to serve a life sentence than watch him play 2nd base for the Yankees the rest of the way. I hope the Cardinals lose out until the deadline and Donovan becomes available (I have no idea his contract, but know the Yankees were interested in winter).

    Brendan Donovan
  • Here we are 2 days after Rafael Devers, one of the best hitters in baseball, is traded away from the Boston Red Sox’s. I can honestly say it doesn’t feel any better, I would actually say it feels worse at this point. And there is only one man to blame for this. “President of Baseball Operations” Craig Breslow. For a man who went to an Ivy League school and won a World Series he has no clue what in Gods green earth he is doing running a baseball team. He had this whole plan that really did look good before spring training. Bring in Crochet, Chapman, and Bregman. When you look at that it lines up pretty well for Bregman to step in at second a spot that was open and Raffy stays at third. You could also have the possibility of Bregman at third and Raffy at DH. There was only one issue with this whole plan and that is where it all started to tumble down hill for our young Raffy Devers. Breslow being the nerd he is decided, how about we don’t tell our $300 million player what we are doing and just hope he doesn’t care! WHAT A PLAN CRAIG. As we all know Devers gets pissed finally agrees to DH and the relationship beings to get worse from there. Eventually leading to Devers getting traded. You can throw all the reasons at me why getting rid of him may be good but you all sound stupid (sorry not sorry). Players like Devers don’t grow on trees and you let another one go. The Mookie Betts trade really does hurt a lot but there was a great chance he was never resigning here and you lose him for nothing. I personally would have thrown a blank check and said take whatever gets you to stay but that’s history now. Devers on the other hand is in his prime, has won World Series before, and was locked up for another 8 years. I would love to blame little rat John Henry but he doesn’t get all the blame here. He is extremely happy to see that money off the books and most likely put back into his shit soccer team but that’s another conversation. 99% of the blame goes to Breslow for being the worst President in baseball history. I would have fired his ass and put him in the cab to a bus station if it would have made Raffy a happy man. Now for the next however many years we get to watch Devers put balls into the cove while we hope and wait prospects turn into super stars like him.

  • Aaron Boone is a total clown. I wrote in my first article how there was a lot of “Boone Ball” in the redsox series. Well no different tonight. Lead off double from Stanton to lead off the ninth, why but with Jazz up next. Instead Jazz goes down on strikes quickly, followed up by back to back fly outs to send the game to extras. Flash forward to bottom 10, and more Boone ball. Again, Boone chooses not to play small ball with DJ at bat and move the runner at 2nd over to 3rd. DJ strikes out. Then Boone proceeds to pinch run Goldschmidt at 2nd for Pereza. Not sure why you wouldn’t do that to start the inning but okay. Shitty hitting from the Yankees again, lead to no runs and onto the 12th scoreless vs the Angels. Yankees go on to lose 0-0, as they couldn’t put together hits in a night where the ball wasn’t flying. Fuck Aaron Boone, guy is a puppet and worst manager ever. No heart other than when he gets ejected, which I will say is always entertaining. Other than that, dudes a fraud and fuck Cashman as well.

  • A Weekend Recap on a Late Monday Night

    MLB

It was a tough weekend to be a Yankee fan, as they walked into Fenway Park and looked like like complete LOSAHs. Some classic “Boone Ball” as the folks like to say, regarding the Yankees lazy effort, sloppy defense, and Little League base running skills. Multiple errors from Volpe, base running blunders from El Jasson and Ben Rice, and a 9 strikeout series from the Captain, Aaron Judge. On the bright side, the Yankees pitching remained strong, as the team got strong starts from Yarborough, Rodon and Fried, as well as strong outings from the pen. After this weekends sweep by the Redsox, the Yanks fall to 1-5 vs the now above .500 Redsox. Luckily, for the Yankees they remain in first place due to a strong start to the season.

When the Yankees and Redsox get together for a series you expect fire works, but this time the fireworks came as the teams were being their travel process for their next series. When Jeff Passan broke the news on Elon’s playground, that the Redsox were trading Rafael Devers to the Giants for starter Kyle Harrison, reliever Jordan Hicks and prospects James Tibbs and Jose Bello. Redsox nation has been in complete shambles since the move shattered the league all across the country. My buddy, has been ghost since the trade was announced, I am not even sure if he is alive as I type out this masterpiece. A day he thought would never come, has slapped him right in the face after Redsox nation experienced such a high, sweeping the Yankees. Just as they saw the light, a truck hit them dead on and showed them the darkness.

The Panthers are now one game away from hoisting the Stanley Cup for the 2nd consecutive season in a row, and second time in a row vs Conor McDavid and his Edmonton Oilers. The Panthers have been the Panthers throughout the postseason, implementing their size, strength and aggressiveness against their opponents. A huge Game 5 win at Edmonton, leads them back to the Sunrise State, with the Cup in the Palm of their hand. As a Bruins fans, I love watching Marchand take over and look like his younger self. Guy has been a man on a mission this postseason since getting a chance to win a Stanley Cup with the Florida Panther. Dirtbag Sam Bennett, has also looked strong this series and postseason, netting 15 goals. The soon to be UFA is widely expected to return to the Panthers once the season is finished.

An Atlanta Fight Night Card concludes with old man Kamaru Unman back. The God damn Boogeyman with a decisive 5 round victory vs Joaquin Buckley, showing those knees are still intact after a long layoff. A strong home showing for Augusta, Georgia native Malcom Wellmaker, who scored a first round knockout against UFC Returnee Kyle Mountinho. Wellmaker moves to 10-0, and the hype will only continue to rise. The card also saw a controversial moment when Paul Craig, on his back, delivered an up kick to opponent Rodolfo Bellato who was grounded, while delivering ground and pound to Craig. The kick landed cleanly sending Bellato back instantly protesting the kick to the referee before laying flat out on his back, when all of a sudden you see him doing the worm and trying to protect himself. Many folks speculated Bellato flopped like a fish out of water, but Bellato appeared to go out cold once his head hit the mat. UFC returns next Saturday, June 21st, for an early Fight Night north of Iran. This will be headlined by Khalil Roundtree and Jamahal Hill.
